All coaching is done online through Training Peaks. Training Peaks is a great resource that allows open communication between the coach and athlete. Your coach can view your training log easily as well as adjust your training in real time so you don’t miss a step of endurance producing training.
Coaching fees are $150/mo. for single sport athletes or $250/mo. for multi-sport. Includes your Training Peaks athlete subscription and contact via e-mail and phone.
Initial fitness testing and the pre-training survey and coach/athlete meeting are included in with no additional fees.
